Hargreaves Land – creating 1600 new homes, school and retail space.

After being appointed to resolve issues with previous suppliers, we were responsible for the creation of network asset value for the entire project and providing fully approved design to Lloyd’s accreditation industry standard for the master planning of the remaining infrastructure for the project. We liaised with the appointed utility contractors whilst assisting the design team on all matters affected by utilities.
