Founded in 2002, Petriebuchanan was created to capitalise on the emerging deregulation of the energy sector, with a particular focus on energy supplies and network distribution. through understanding of cost-efficient utility infrastructure and energy supplies, Petriebuchanan has been well placed to benefit housebuilders and developers by optimising design solutions, reducing the capital cost of utility infrastructure and metered supplies.
Petriebuchanan was one of the first companies to procure an independent gas transportation (IGT) network and, in 2005, applied the same approach to procure one of the first commercial independent distribution network operator (IDNO) electricity distribution network for a large retail development in Glasgow. Since then, we have continued to spearhead innovative solutions for clients, including community heating systems, water networks, wastewater, and telecommunications solutions.
Today, our focus is on assisting clients with utility infrastructure, from planning to procurement. With a proven track record of work, we’ve brought our sound market knowledge, innovative thinking and experience large housing developments, schools and commercial projects with a combined development value of over £10bn.
