BAE Systems – regeneration of former munitions factory creating circa 4500 new homes, business estate, school and retail space.

Appointed to resolve issues due to poor network planning and strategy, we created network asset value for the entire project, provided fully approved design to Lloyd’s accreditation industry standard for the master planning of the remaining infrastructure for the project. We liaised with the appointed utility contractors whilst assisting the design team on all matters affected by utilities.
